Tawakalitou Alawoe is a magnet on social media platforms, inspiring women to live abundantly by accepting who they are and being grateful and confident in their daily lives. She uses her past trauma and life experiences to motivate her audiences.

She is from Togo (Lome) and has a Nigerian background and a Muslim father. She made the brave decision to convert to Christianity, knowing it would cost her both her inheritance and her status as a daughter. Soon after her father’s death and recovering from an unknown illness, she moved to the USA in her late twenties. After several attempts at college, she finally graduated from Colorado Technical University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in marketing. This achievement made her the first woman in her family to earn an American business degree. Her debut book also marks her as the first author in her family, fulfilling a childhood dream.

In addition to her degree, she has earned diplomas and certificates in Advanced English, information systems, and computer applications. Due to her high GPA, she received scholarships and was inducted into the CTU Honour Society

She currently lives in Denver, Colorado, where she works full-time, allowing her to focus on her writing career, business ventures, and opportunities to build generational wealth. 

Tawa fluently speaks three different languages: French, Togolese, and Ewe dialect, and can understand Yoruba.
